How long does it take to build and ship my custom PC?
Each CACTi PC is hand-assembled and rigorously tested. Building and stress-testing typically takes 5-7 business days, with shipping taking an additional 2-5 days depending on your location.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All our systems include a 2-year comprehensive warranty covering parts and labor. We also provide lifetime technical support for any software or hardware troubleshooting you may need.
Do you offer financing options for high-end builds?
Yes, we partner with Affirm and Klarna to provide flexible monthly payment plans, allowing you to get your dream rig now and pay over time.
How do you ensure the PC isn't damaged during shipping?
We use professional-grade instapak foam inserts that mold to your internal components, preventing movement during transit. Each PC is double-boxed with reinforced corners to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Can I upgrade my components in the future without voiding the warranty?
Absolutely. We encourage upgradability. Opening your case to add storage or RAM does not void your warranty, though damage caused by improper third-party installations is not covered.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all systems. If you aren't satisfied with your performance, you can return the unit for a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee for custom configurations.
